Diane Murphy

Diane Murphy is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer for Global Trust Company-GTC and Northeast Retirement Services (NRS). She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Development Officer, Investor Services, and the Institutional Trust Administration division. Her executive responsibilities include the company’s conversion, compliance, and risk programs. She is also an officer of Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association. 

Diane brings more than 35 years of operations, IT, and executive experience in financial services. Before joining GTC/NRS in 2008, Diane was Global Head of Securities RREEF GTO for Deutsche Bank in Chicago. She was also a Vice President with State Street Bank in Client Technology Integration where she worked with several international clients on IT integration and conversion projects. 

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
